Mecca Group provides transportation services, building materials supply, equipment rental and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding requested services. The customer must ensure that materials to be transported are legal and not dangerous, unless specific agreements are made.
Payments must be made according to agreed terms. In case of payment delays, we reserve the right to suspend services and apply late payment interest.
Mecca Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
